Finding Zen in Chengdu
Posted 15 Jan 2020 on HotelsThis is one of the most satisfying and interesting places I've stayed in a city. Close to Wenshu Temple and a fun market and pedestrian street lined with tea "gardens", the hotel itself has beautiful, peaceful architecture and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. And it was an amazing value for the money and where we stayed. Very walkable area and close to great local hotpot places and bubble tea.

Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. Only problem was my room beside cleaner's utility and they are making lots of noise talking and slamming door early in the morning.

The whole building is an unique structure, it is lime you are staying in monastery.

Beautiful hotel, so-so location
Posted 5 May 2019 on HotelsPros: helpful staff, beautiful hotel, comfy beds and huge, fluffy towels. Cons: local area is beautiful but completely dead at night. In the morning, you can hear people on the street very clearly.
