Accommodating staff and nice touristy location.

Pros: The shop on the second floor is nice and the location is perfect for people wanting to get the full experience of the seaside. Olympic park is nearby.
Cons: There were a few stains on the floor and one on the bed.
There was a mix-up with my reservation confirmation but the staff were very accommodating and friendly and worked hard to make things right. I would recommend people stay there and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.
