The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation.

Fun place to visit
Posted 28 May 2021 on HotelsStaying in Jimo was not on our itinerary but it was well worth the stay. The area Double Tree is located in is close to the railway station and a few small malls.

Poor maintenance of safe deposit box
Posted 17 Aug 2019 on HotelsWe stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for our 9 days trip to Shantung, first 3 nights after arriving Qingdao and last night before departing Qingdao, the location of the hotel is near to airport but too far from city centre, overall services were up to expectation but hotel need to improve their safe deposit box's maintenance, on both occasions of checking in, we found the safe deposit box in the room could not be used, and the hotel staffs tried to convince us to keep our valuables at the reception area, after we insisted to use the deposit box in the room, they took a long time to send someone to rectify it, we felt disappointed on arrivals after travelling long journeys .

Upon checking in the hotel wanted 1000 yuan for a deposit, i didnt know why? I asked about the morning breakfast that was included in my booking, and they said no, my room does not qualify for the free breakfast. Then i find out we cant use the pool due to maintenance, this was the main reason we wanted tgis hotel! Upon checking out they didnt want to give me my deposit back. They argued with me about needing to pay more. I explained i already paid through the internet, why do i need to pay 1000 yuan more? I finally demanded my 1000 yuan back which they unhappily agreed.
