Nice location. But lack of cafe for buffet. Spacious room and nice staff.

everything is perfect except no metro station and shopping centre handy downstaires

Outdated Renovation, aircon not cold enough.

Pros: Aircon was likely preset to a certain temp. Room was stuffy. When mentioned to staff, they said they would open a window in the room?!!
Cons: Colder aircon throughout the hotel.
Described in title. The location was the only redeeming factor.

New World Wuhan, not bad but ........
Posted 28 Mar 2018 on HotelsKnowing that it is under New World Group, I have selected this hotel for my business together with my colleagues. Hotel is clean, everything is good except my experience during my check in, a counter of 3 staffs in a reception, 2 very green and one probably a senior, asking me to go to other staffs as she has to check in one by one......I did not want to voice out my displeasure as we already arrived late but this is not something I would accept for a hotel of this calibre.

Nice hotel close to malls and entertainment

Be sure to get a deluxe room facing the road bec it has spectacular view and nice doco. I like the bathroom best bec it's so spacious n comfy.
