The Manager, Dr Yassen is friendly. He arranged to receive and drop us at the airport, good. We had hot water for shower- good. There is potential for improvement. Raniya gave a good cleaning but hidden dust behind windows, in mattresses, wardrobes needed regular thorough dusting. A bathroom leaked and a power socket blew off. This self-catering apartment hardly had cutlery, crockery, pan & pots, not even a working electric kettle.

I respect your opinion put you didn't tell me about anything about the leaking of the bathroom and you saw everything before your stay in the apartment and the socket below off by my try to open it at front of you not by your try and I fixed it for you before your stay in the apartment also I sent for you another electric kettle also you didn't gave any feedback about that and about anything positive about the apartment itself and that's opposite your saying to me that every thing is good and perfect, I'm trying hard to make my guests having a nice stay and also I'm checking always if everything is okay or no but you told me that everything is okay. so that's your opinion By The Way and I respect it, so thank you for your feedback and I will try hard to avoid this mistakes next time.
