Pros: Always nice welcome from George the manager, and his staff.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated but plans for refurbishment this winter.
Location: Just across road from beach, and within walking distance of shops/restaurants.
Lovely stay as usual- staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms and facilities clean.

Pros: small low rise apartments close to amenities & beach
Cons: outside light on ground floor studio apartments
Location: low cost air conditions buses near larnaca (great town) with lots to do
beach across road
shops and restaurants nearby
great location bus stop straight outside apartments for both ways, friendly staff, nice grounds & good pool area

Nice place for a family stay

Pros: Always get a warm welcome, the rooms and surrounding areas are clean, and it is quiet and safe.
Cons: It would be nice to have a microwave in the apartment
Location: Quiet location with CTO beach across road.
Within walking distance of shops/ restaurants.
Bus service in to Larnaca/Ayia Napa just across road.
Pleasant apartments, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops/restaurants/bus services.
Quiet without any rowdy guests, and in a quiet area - lovely if you want a peaceful break.
Staff are very helpful and polite.
facilities are clean (and some would say very rustic) with a good atmosphere.

Pros: staff, clean, quiet.
Cons: if the double bed had been sorted.
Location: Right next to beach. 10 min walk to a choice of restaurants.
Enjoyed our stay here only wish they had fulfilled our request for a double bed but other then that no complaints.

Comfortable holiday apartment at the sea.

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable, in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Larnaca. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside.
Cons: Some dish cloths and tea towels in the kitchen would be handy.
I loved staying at Lyssithea Hotel apartments. The perfect antidote for recovering from jetlag after a long-haul flight. With a shop for necessities nearby (if self catering), a pool bar (if prefer not to cook), lovely large swimming pool and being across the road from a wonderful swimming beach, I was very content. The beach is hard-packed brown sand, but the water is the clear, clean, and warm - stunning blue Mediterranean lived up to all expectations.

Pros: Posizione. Piscina.
Cons: Pulizia.
Location: A due passi dal mare. A 10 km dal centro di Larnaca.
Attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia. Piscina gradevole. Essenziale ma piacevole.
