Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lobby staff were definitely a lot more polite than the average. I had my wedding band stolen in the sauna one night and immediately notified the staff at the sauna counter roughly about 10 minutes after it was stolen... but none of the staff really assisted in trying to find the ring or trying to figure out the culprit. I understand that they arent the police but a little more help and assistance would have been appreciated.

I stayed only one night but would return when I visited the area. I liked the staff's kindness and cleanliness of the room. It is a very beautiful area to travel.

Staff not helpful at all, not all related to language issues. For example, they will not recognize my top tier status saying that I booked thru Expedia. And they want to charge me for 2hr late checkout, even tho I pointed out that according to Ramada website, my elite status should grant me such complimentary benefits. Once I insisted, they backed off.
