"Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt...

"A pleasant stay as always. Nothing super fancy but has everything you need and great value for what you pay for. Some units can use an upgrade (chipped paint, wear and tear here and there), but overall always an excellent stay. "
