"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. "hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "

"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"Nice clean rooms and very helpful staff; it's also right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. There's an area near reception where you can refill water bottles for free and buy snacks (very useful if you're feeling peckish late at night). Breakfast buffet is excellent, albeit pricey (but you can get vouchers for 5 Euros that you can use towards the price each time you choose not to have your room serviced). "
