Resort is good but extra bad not available and food so expensive
Tv not working properly mini bar not working

we stayed at this resort for one night , with family we were 6 person , in swimming pool water was very bad , we had dinner at this resort 4 person food was below quality , next day 3 person had a loose motion and one person had vomit due to their food ,, i would suggest to never stay in this hotel , very bad food they serve with a very high price tag because theres no restaurant nearby..

Its really disappointing to see this review. we had other guests also during your stay and everyone appreciated the food. even 2 family came second time to stay with us due to quality and taste of food only. we apologies for the bad experience you had with us. we have briefed the staff in restaurant and Kitchen to take more care of quality of food. as prices are concerned, we keep the price competitive to other hotels in serenity. we know there are no restaurants in pushkar except small ones in city area. as far as pool water is concerned, due to rain in morning water color changed as chlorine and alum are used to keep the water clear and healthy.
