Beautiful resort, comfortable beds, very clean & top shelf liquor. The food was pretty good, the only thing I didn’t care for was the buffet wasn’t always open. If you didn’t get a reservation you had to figure out food. Maybe add some more vegan options. Otherwise , great place! Very friendly staff.

Staff members were very attentive and friendly. Loved the two gyms and juice bar. My teenager loves the teen club. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of fruit options including passion fruit which I have not seen before in any Mexican all-inclusive. Great beach and nice coffee bar. Definitely need to make dinner reservations. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to other travelers.

Besides the fact that they didn’t have our reservation or room type ready at check in and they supposedly upgraded us to a better room, the rest of the trip was amazing. Hotel needs to be more organized with staffing.

Since the beginning of our stay, we were disappointed with the check-in process. We were expecting a butler, but he never contacted us. We also wanted to make reservations for restaurants, but we were only able to do so for three days. we decided to order room service instead, as the service was superior to that of the restaurants. The food at the restaurants took longer to arrive and had a limited selection. Room service was more convenient and faster. The only aspects of our stay that we enjoyed were the spa services and the Kids pools area. The waiter, Johnathan at the pool kids area, significantly improved our experience by being prompt and attentive with a smile. However, the checkout process was even more problematic due to excessive communication issues between the staff. We encountered numerous problems with the reception and concierge areas. They gave us a credit for a cabana for all the issues that we encountered wanted to used it for spa services instead since we didn’t used the cabanas but they weren’t able to apply it.

We stayed here with our family (3 kids) and we all had a blast. There is something to do for everyone. They had a nice water park for kids, kids club my daughter really enjoyed. The cinema was huge and kids loved it. The rooms were really nice and clean. The resort itself is super taken care of, staff works hard to keep everything tidy and fresh. Coffee shop is the best. The restaurants were all very good especially the Japanese one. The 2 things that slack here is no nightly entertainment and no buffet for lunch/dinner. Other than that it’s a 10/10 resort. Very elegant , if you’ve been to Miami hotel 1, this is seriously a dupe of it except better.

Just got back from an incredible stay at the SLS Playa Mujeres and WOW what a trip! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The staff is absolutely amazing, and a special shoutout goes to Omar Daniel, Ever (like Forever), and Jose at the pool/beach area. These guys went above and beyond to make our family feel special and really made the whole experience unforgettable. Omar, in particular, was a rock star. The food at the restaurants was phenomenal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and variety were top-notch. The beach was stunning, super calm and clean which was perfect. The kids especially enjoyed it. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The mattress was firm and my only complaint, but only because I prefer a super soft mattress. Snacks and mini-fridge stayed stocked throughout our entire stay. Gorgeous view of the marina from our balcony. They even made sure to cater to families with kids, which made our stay so much easier. The adults-only pool was split up, so this made it easier on us with the kids without feeling like we were in the way. The waterpark was the highlight for our littles and they couldn't get away from the area. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better winter vacation. The SLS Playa Mujeres nailed it as a new resort, and we are definitely coming back!
