Food is just average. Brass steak is bad, buffet is decent but not open for dinner at all. Wait time at restaurant is bad if we come at 7pm so we have to go at 6pm for a group of 6. Attacked by mosquitos a lot and entertainment is ok except MJ show is poor

Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. Restaurant and buffet food options were great, good variety and tasty. French restaurant was our favourite. Only negative would be the evening shows which were a little cheesy and too loud, but really enjoyed the live bands/performers. Enjoyed the activity options. We took part in painting, tennis lessons, bike tour, spin class and craft sessions. Resort didn't seem overly busy - easy to find lounger on the beach and didn't need to wait long to find tables.

We had to wait an hour to be taken to our room. Other than that, it was great!

while most of our experiences at the resort were enjoyable, there were issues with the concierge and some management-level employees. When we checked in late, we asked about any restaurants or bars that stayed open late. The concierge informed us that everything closed at 11 pm, but we later discovered a bar that stayed open until 1 am every night—information that would have been helpful from the start. Unfortunately, it seemed the concierge didn’t have accurate information or make an effort to assist us with our questions.
Aside from these interactions, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning, but I hope the resort improves the quality and responsiveness of its management team for a smoother experience.
