Haha you literally walked into the room and said someone took the TV and it was right there. I even watched you try to open the door for 45 secs and was about to offer help you. Were you high the entire time or what?Anyway, we still housed you during a hurricane at a good rate and I helped you get all your stuff and people offered to help you with your car. Ungrateful. Don’t come back

The door didnt lock properly, the air-conditioning didn't work in my room. And stains on the sheets and pillows. Sadly this was the 2nd room. The gentleman at the desk said it was an upgrade. Didn't feel safe, so i left.

The room had a foul odor, a/c was not turned on prior to my arrival and took literally hours to cool down. The rooms are outdated and seem to have furniture from the original build. The bathroom sink was cracked although not leaking, the room door had daylight streaming through the opening (ie, no weather stripping or other sealant); not even a lawn chair provided to sit outside on balcony to escape the old, musty smell of the room. Ashes visible upon arrival on the chest which tv was sitting, smell of someone smoking pot in another room but you can’t smoke in the rooms! No instruction upon arrival for anything other than location of room. Only positive is I had a heavy bag and an employee carried it to the second floor for me. Would not recommend—I’m not a person who needs much luxury—but this place needs a complete overhaul! Will never book again. Pictures are not accurate!

You can smoke in that room, you asked for a smoking room…There’s also a sign in your room with the WiFi code on it, or you could of just called me - you didn’t have to come to lobby againAnd if you were that unhappy you should have just told me. Would have switched your room or something

A lot was under construction, my room toilet had to be fixed before I could use it.

Our room was definitely worth the price.

Room was clean, big and the bed was really comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Close to everything in town. We were only here one night and it served the purpose well. Definitely a solid place for what you pay. I stay in hotels a lot as a seasoned avid traveler and we would stay here again. Same room.
