We had a truly fantastic experience at Dusit Thani from the moment we first arrived. Miss Cecile ensured we had the room we were most satisfied with and we had the most wonderful stay. The best part is the amazing staff who made us feel completely welcome including Meryl, Nikki, James, and so many more. The staff ensured our whole family including a 5 year old child was fully entertained and all our needs were met! Thanks Dusit Thani we look forward to visiting again

Infinity pool and beach are really nice. Food was not great.

I booked two rooms for 2 nights. After checking in the other room, the bathroom glass door was dirty. The trash bin doesn't have bags. My nephew also noticed a blood stain under his bed sheet. My complaint is your housekeeping. My nephew entered his room a bit late and was exhausted. He went to bed immediately and the morning after he woke up feeling itchy. After investigating there was a dried blood stain under the sheets and it smelled. It looked like it was there for 2 days already. My nephew was the only one who laid on it. Do you change sheets after guest checked in the room? Or do you change sheets after guest checked out the room? This is very horrible! The manager whom we spoke to didn't know how to handle the complaint, she has shown no empathy at all. Other issues raised were there's no door in the bathroom at the poolside, no soap, the shower room inside our room and unfriendly staff. These all are not reflective of the supposedly 5-star brand that is Dusit! This whole experience is totally not worth the money we paid for. If there's a saving grace, it's only the food which we enjoyed.
