Stayed at the property for a wedding. The hotel is beautiful and setting is amazing. Although the beach is very rocky so bring water shoes. The staff at every level were awesome! Lots of dining options - food was average.

We had a great experience on our honeymoon. Especially with chef Felipe, and our servers Julio and Fransisco. Only downfalls is that the beach isn’t as great as the pools, and there really isn’t anywhere to walk or any green space.

Our butler Omar mess was great . Our favorite restaurant Mesa great food and service Isley and chef Daniel were great .

We went for a quick honey moon, all the staff made sure to have details all around, the French restaurant is awesome! And since we’re tight on budget we fell for a “breakfast” to have a discounted spa session, it was a mistake!! We lost 2hrs on our arrival with the lady selling us this… the 3-4 in the breakfast, getting to talk with like 5-6 people, a regular breakfast in the buffet… waste of time, I would have paid the 100 USD they discounted instead of losing all this time… other than this, everything was awesome!

I like the property. The premium swimming pool has beautiful views, but if the hotel advertises for adults only, it should not have kids around in common areas or restaurants.

The preferred areas were too crowded, we had to wait up to an hour to be able to enjoy some of these "exclusive areas".
The staff was not organized and we could see the stress on the face of the employees dealing with the guests. We even witnessed attitude issues in between employees.
We agreed on a cleaning schedule but the staff did not respect it.
We had an issue with one of the rooms, the main door wouldn't close at all. We reported the issue and once again they had us waiting for a long time.
We stayed the 1st week of october, peak tourist season is supossed to be in between december and march. If we had to wait and staff was overwhelmed, i can't imagine this resort during high tourist season.
