I did not like that all they cared about was trying to sell us on “timeshares” made my first 3 days non enjoyable. Would never recommend this property because of that .. too pushy

This resort was beautiful. The architecture and the art work were amazing. The beach front was small and rocky which we didn’t enjoy and didn’t want to enter the ocean because of that. The food options were great. The problems we were having with the resort were the elevators weren’t working always. We had to walk quite far to have an elevator that was functioning. For some reason we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day even though we requested and did not have the “dnd” up. We also were called multiple times during the day and middle of the night by the front desk to check if we were ok? When I asked why they keep calling they didn’t have a reason. But the staff were super friendly, the rooms and pools were very clean and the food options and cafes were great! Thanks for the stay

Do not go to this resort—it’s a complete scam. Expedia misled us. While the resort claims to have many restaurants, families are only allowed access to four of them. Half the property is off-limits because it’s adults-only. They advertise daycare services, but they wouldn’t accept my 2 1/2-year-old, despite knowing his age at the time of booking. For any alternative childcare, I was expected to pay extra. We lost an entire day being moved from one room to another with our exhausted toddler after a long flight because the rooms were filthy. Despite the inconvenience, we weren’t even offered an upgrade. To make matters worse, the resort is located on a construction site. We woke up to drilling noises and were surrounded by dust. My child, who has asthma, became so sick that we had to call the resort doctor, which cost us $282 at 3 a.m. This was the worst vacation ever—don’t make the same mistake we did.

Property is nice. However the all inclusive component is lacking. The drinks are weak and the selection is limited. We “upgraded” to the preferred club and it is not worth it. Only gets you access to one additional pool nothing else so not worth the extra costs. Food is ok but the same each day. And the times for restaurants are limited. Should be something available all day not only certain times. Other all inclusive resorts are better. Beach is rocky and not swimmable and right next to a public beach. They “downgraded” our room and stayed the reason is because we booked through Expedia and not with them. Disappointing. We left after two days and stayed at a different resort.
