Staff was top notch, service was great and very friendly! Great location with a safe walking area between properties! Rooms ver clean and great maid room service. Beautiful pool area! Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Very limited options on food options in the hotel. No bar options during the night

The rooms are large, as are the balconies. Pools--lovely. Beach--lovely. Food--mediocre and overpriced. Very limited options for vegetarians and for vegans -- really bad. Spa--onsite location is not relaxing. The main spa is lovely. Also overpriced. Service was awful everywhere except the spa (Nok is an excellent massage therapist.). Rude, slow, indifferent. A couple of people were very helpful and friendly: Rosie in the breakfast restaurant, Jonthan and Ramon at the beach bar. Housekeeping was lackadaisical at best. Everything is ready for a refresh. Half the bathroom stalls don't latch/lock. The furniture cushions are grimy and many are split. ANd the noise. Godawful. No sliders on the feet of any chairs, all scraping against the tile floors all the time and in the rooms above and below you. Music 8am - 9pm EVERYWHERE including the beach. And it's the same music every day. In some spots you're subjected to music from the restaurant as well as the property speakers. All in all, really a big disappointment. I've always loved city-based Westin properties. Maybe they don't know how to do resort.

The hotel was very well kept inside and out although maybe a little dated. The rooms really need to have proper bathroom doors. The current design doesn’t provide much privacy. The entire staff was wonderful…..very friendly, warm and responsive. They seemed to genuinely care that their guests have the best experience possible. The hotel provided transportation everywhere around the property making it so easy to get around. Our vacation was spectacular.

The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive. Room seemed a little dated.
