They charge extra “optional fees” as mandatory cash before they give you the key, the reservation states that there is a fee to pay at the property however they want double . The apartment for a a fourth of the actual price they will charge extra fees cleaning, air conditioner, taxes and other extra charges. Do your self a favor and book hotel room stead, you will be safer i spoke with other guest and some where charge way more than me.

This property was dirty room smelled like smoke sheets were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The towels were rough and didn’t even dry you. Description of property stated Internet use Internet was not working. Was told to use other rooms Internet, but still wasn’t able to get service. Checked in at three, checked out at 6 AM unable to sleep due to the tobacco smell of the room. I Do not recommend this location.

Honestly I was a little disappointed on this hotel that I stayed at. On the first day I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and I another two cockroaches under the couch. I was expecting it to be better, but it was a wonderful vacation. I recommend for anybody that coming here in punta cana to choose a wisely where you gonna stay. Please check the room before sleeping, and bring it buy the sprayer for the insects. Don’t be shy to ask for water or toilet paper or anything else.

I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided.
Policy says this:
“The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.”
This is a lie. Don’t book here!!

Señor usted me va disculpar, nuestras oficinas están abiertas hasta media noche y queda un personal acargo para recibir a los clientes que lleguen después de esa hora. Ahora bien en su reservacion hay número de contacto que podía haber llamado en tal caso de tener algún problema. Por otro lado tampoco se presento a la oficina en horas de la mañana con indica por lo que me parece que fue a otro hotel.

The problem was that I was placed in a room with bad air conditioning. Then on top of that, they wanted to charge me for power knowing that I was going to have use a lot of it because of the heat. Lastly, it never stated on Expedia that there was a fee for electricity? So they changed it up on me on the last minute? The
Internet didn't work either...

El peor servicio que alguien pueda tener, la atención al cliente es fatal, son groseros y descortés, no te brindan ayuda, en fin no renten para que no se lleven un desagrado

Buen noches, le recuerdo que no realizo su check in, pues llego a un horario que la oficina estaba cerrada, ningún personal lo atendió. Solo se comunico con el seguridad a quien lo maltrato ya que usted estaba en un estado de ebriedad.
