The beach was beautiful, everything was good until I had to leave early for an emergency and waiting to see if they will work with me and reimburse me atleast half of what I paid for my stay. Then I would surely promote it and go back for another visit.

I paid for a full suite They inform me at check in I had to pay an additional $1,250.00 For NOTHING Jacuzzi didn’t work no pressure bathroom had to be fixed three times the toilet didn’t work. They never cleaned the room on time. There was no use of other facilities like they said paid for VIP status never got it third time there not wish to return They basically tell you everything is included and it is not I paid &350 a night for 10 nights They skid my lobster dinner They told us true sister hotel gone red our vip status All of not true
