Overalll it was good experience, though in restaurants food should br properly heated

The property was beautiful and there were pools for everyone. Never been to a property with so many pools. Property has amazing dinner options and restaurants.
However, I had a bathroom showered that flooded and was never repaired. Booked 2 rooms but was given rooms on opposite ends of the property. So my mother was alone on other side of property. Front desk staff did not work hard to correct this error.
