I wish I can give -5 rating to this hotel.
The management staff was unhelpful and unresponsive during our stay. When the bathroom toilet flooded and water spread throughout the room, it took 45 minutes for someone to address the issue, and we were given a hard time when requesting a room change. Additionally, the restaurant staff consistently refused to seat us, claiming they were full, even when there were no reservations and plenty of open tables, highlighting a need for better training across their management team.

Enitre resort with cleanliness is great. mosquito problem is big concern, and there are very limited vegetarian option. over all the properties great.

Service and restaurant options are not much
