We visited this Riu in November 2024 and had a great time. The beach was fantastic, the pools were great, and the food was excellent. The only negative for the entire trip was that food and snacks in the sports bar were not refreshed on a timely basis. If you want a late snack catch one of the buffets before they close.

Services is terrible, food is not good and over cook, telephone on the room does not work ( if have an emergency you cannot call), room In bad condition , house keeping steals. Is not safe to stay .Plastic cups on the beverage area dirty ( you can get sick). We DONT Recommend this hotel. Also no welcome drink and explanations when you arrive . Worse experience ever

Me gustó la limpieza de las habitaciones, restaurantes y piscinas Deben mejorar los horarios de los restaurantes con reserva, cierran muy temprano al público
