Unsanitary accommodation, I had paid for 2 nights and stayed only one, although I exchanged with him to get a refund he did not accept. I was woken up at 7:00 am by noises because he was doing work in the hotel.no light in the shower, the shower tap you have to keep it in your hand.. No fan or air conditioning, an unpleasant smell and let's not talk about mosquitoes. To top it all off, the gentleman doesn't care

If you’re going to be checking in late make sure you let them know. They DO NOT HAVE 24 hr check in counter. The person goes home. I’m sure they can arrange to check you in late. But when I booked all I saw was 24 hrs and didn’t arrange it. It’s a very cheap place. And it is noisey and sketchy. Dogs and chickens and loud cars. Bring ear plugs.

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. The rooms are not particularly well equipped and we didn't have a TV even though the room we booked stated it would. But not a big deal. The owners and staff were absolutely lovely. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and for the price it was great. We were out and about doing things in town and going to the beaches so it met our needs very well. It is a great location - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, banks, etc. and a short uber/mototaxi to many other areas, attractions, beaches, etc. If you don't care about all the luxury frills then this is a great place to stay in Friusa. Also, although it's a short walk to the central Friusa town (like 3-5 min walk) it is a nice distance away that it is quiet at night which is great for getting a good nights rest. We will definitely stay here again.

Over all was satisfied. That this hotel is 3 stars on Hotels.com though, isn't accurate & people could end up with something they didn't bargin for. Area isn't the greatest, I read free breakfast on Hotels.com, but there isn't a breakfast or a restaurant. (Some close). A ministore which I never went in. Toilet paper was sparse for my stay. Water was off one day. Shower head is wonky & no toilet seat. I did get what I paid for. The price is low & if you can deal with less than ideal, this may be for you.

This is not a luxury place. You see an AC unit in pictures, but look at the fine print and you will see AC is not included... cost an extra $9 a day for AC. Shower was a hose out of a wall with no head or hot water. AC didnt work in the room at first, had to step outside. But later worked in room intermittenly. They only offer to clean every other day. Roads in are dirt and with puddles. Great economy spot, but you get what you pay for... good corner store close by, walking distance to Friusa bus station. Most people in the area speak Hatian Creole. Bars/clubs not too far... great for a random pick up when you cant bring them to your resort. Better to pay cash, guy said i paid 86 when i paid 120... guess he thought i kept his advertising/transaction fees. Owned by a Spanard Expat... seemed cool but barely anyone there that speaks even Spanish most of the day let alone English. He shared that its mostly used by staff from the resorts that live far away. I would stay again, but I dont mind roughing it, lived in Cuba for 2 years and this type of place is the norm at this price range.

Une arnaque!!!!! À ce prix, je ne suis pas dupe, je ne m'attendais pas à une villa de luxe. Par contre, à un minimum de salubrité et de confort mais surtout, que les services offerts dans l'annonce soient respectés. Pas d'air-climatisé, de téléviseurs, d'eau chaude et de WiFi. De plus, dès les premiers chants du coq, les travaux de constructions directement au dessus de la chambre débutaient et sans arrêts pour toutes la journée. La seule clause du contrat qu'ils ont tenu à respecter a été de ne pas nous rembourser pour les 13 jours sur les 14 que nous avons décidé d'annuler. Ne mérite absolument pas de se retrouver sur un site de réputation aussi importante qu'Expédia. Bonne Chance!!!

La habitación tenía aire acondicionado pero me dijeron que como mi reserva no lo contemplaba no podía usarlo, quise ir en Uber pero me costó que el conductor vaya ya que la calle donde está todavía no aparece como tal y es de tierra. La ducha no funcionaba y tuve que exigir que lo solucionen para ducharme en otra habitación. Me dieron una habitación en el primer piso y dijeron que que estaba pero no había nadie más hospedado. La TV estaba incluida y la habitación no la tenía. Horrible, no vayan a este hotel. Los alrededores son muy inseguros.
