I had to wait 3 hours to get a room after the check in time. The next day I woke up and there was no running water in the complete hotel during the morning. The air conditioner broke, i reported it, two people came over to fix it, it was never repaired and they did not offer another room until the very last day. One of my friend with I was traveling with got food poisoned. There is no air conditioner at the lobby and the restaurants by the beach. Flies over the food.It was a very bad experience. The staff was very nice and the water park was good those were the only good things. Other than that bad, I would not spend my money here again

Me gustó la limpieza en general. El personal es muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hubiera agua embotellada en los restaurantes y que el jugo no era natural. Extrañé que no hubiera al menos comida tradicional dominicana como mangu, tostones o sancocho, entre otros. Creo que es algo que vale la pena que los turistas conozcan. Por lo demás, volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Considero que la propiedad está bonita y es tranquila para vacaciones familiares, pero necesitan mejorar en muchos aspectos como limpieza y atención en general. No creo que la experiencia sea 5 estrellas, como me la vendió la agencia. Gracias.
