The hotel was very clean. The rooms were excellent. The property was very beautiful staff super friendly, and the Beach service for drinks. Excellent
The food was very basic and because it was a split family adult facility the shows were all gear towards children. If you get a VIP with roof access, there are no curtains. The light is blinding in the morning. Bring your own pillow

We had a great vacation. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was outstanding. Even my kids felt the love and commented on how everyone was so nice and attentive to their needs. Special thank you to July, Javier, and Philimena for helping to make our stay amazing.
