I recently had the pleasure of staying at Excellence Punta Cana Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the incredible staff. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly set this resort apart. The resort itself is a stunning oasis, with beautifully landscaped gardens, pristine pools, and luxurious accommodations. Every corner of the property exudes elegance and tranquility, making it the perfect getaway. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The restaurants at Excellence Punta Cana Resort offer a culinary journey like no other. Each meal was a delight, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The drinks were equally impressive, with a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and other beverages that perfectly complemented the meals. Overall, my stay at Excellence Punta Cana Resort was nothing short of perfect. The combination of the amazing facilities, incredible employees, and outstanding food and drinks made it a truly memorable vacation. I can’t wait to return and experience this slice of paradise once again!

Amenities, Beach, Pool and Food were excellent. Rooms were old worn and dated.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. They did everything possible to make sure we had we wanted. The food could have been a little better at some of the restaurants. Overall , it's a beautiful place.

Do not go here if you have any allergies they will not accomodate you. Everytime we have to specify 10 times over at every food place what our allergies were and we could still detect allergens in the food. It makes no sense to ask us at check-in, to ask us what our room numbers are at each place we order food from and yet we had three waiters for each place who we had to explain what the allergies were and we could end up tasting it in our food after reassuring because they’re probably not taking cross-contamination in account. My friend had a huge allergic reaction on the first night of us staying here specifially at Spice, the asian restaurant where we were reassured by 3 separate people it was gluten free dish. The doctor was unresponsive that night. You have to go to the front desk and have them call the doctor (??) and her advice is just to monitor her for another 20 min in case her breathing becomes restricted. My friend ended up feeling better but it took a while to get there. The next morning another friend had really bad heartburn which she rushed to the doctor for and they said go to the pharmacy for antacids but she didn’t know WHERE it was, we asked other employees and the language barrier was giving us unclear instructions all while my friend is under an emergency where she feels like she can’t breathe and every second was so scary. We eventually found it but it took them time. This was not worth the premium $$ spent for an all-inclusive. Go somewhere else

Exceptional food options, Clean beach and spa was excellent. Clean rooms. Oregano dine in needs improvement. Doesn’t taste like italian.

Property was beautiful. Had to get up early to reserve chairs if you want particular seats at the pool. Paid extra $650 to upgrade to Excellence Club, would not recommend doing it. Staff was exceptionally accommodating on anything we needed. I would stay again!
