Las facilidades del hotel muy buenas y limpias; sin embargo, no sentí la amabilidad que caracteriza el servicio en RD a excepción de las empleadas de limpieza, maleteros y 2 empleados del front desk. En cambio el personal del Palace fue más de lo esperado!

We had a wonderful time at barcelo beaches, had a few issues that guest services took care of immediately and made things fantastic for us, highly recommend the caribe buffet and the Kyoto Al a carte restaurant were our favorites, coral restaurant wasn't great in regards to service and the menu selection. The pool and beach were really great, bartenders were excellent and would definitely look to return in the future. Clakson from guest services and the whole team there really took care of us, really appreciate it.
