Constantly sudden movements followed by loud banging noise on side of boat all night due to wind change and slack in dock lines

Anthony I am sorry that the wind caused movement of the houseboat. At check-in we tell every guest that if they need assistance in any way to call the emergency number. We wish you called for assistance and our maintenance team would have looked at the dock lines and adjusted them if necessary.

Very suitable for people who like to go fishing.The air conditioner was too noisy and didn't work very well. The toilet was very small and the shower was very small.

We wish you would have contacted the office if you had a concern about the air conditioner. We would have been happy to check it. This unit has a full size bathtub, so we are not sure what is meant about it being small.

Great place to stay. Helpful staff, well furnished house boat, quiet residential area with key deer all around. Great area to ride bikes and good bridge fishing a short walk. Can't wait to go back.

The houseboat was a delight. Super comfortable and a full kitchen. Very dog-friendly. The woman who checked us in was super nice, and the salt-water pool felt great!
