The houseboat was a delight. Super comfortable and a full kitchen. Very dog-friendly. The woman who checked us in was super nice, and the salt-water pool felt great!

A cute apartment and a beautiful place, but charging 100 dollars for cleaning to a person who rented an apartment for only one night is an exaggeration in my opinion. Calculation of cost should be the ratio of their stay to the number of nights.

First time in 20 years I found a place so awful that I could not even stay one night. Stunk and was in crap condition. I emailed the next day to cancel as we were scrambling to find some place to stay after a long day traveling. It looked NOTHING like the description.

We are sorry that you were not happy Pete. But as confirmed by Expedia, the pictures are exactly like the real unit. You were notified within minutes of booking, that this was a one bedroom houseboat and you were sent a property map. The pictures on all of our sites show that it is a small space. We have 24 units at this property. There are ten houseboats and 14 land cabins. We have many satisfied customers and many great reviews. We are sorry that this was not to your liking. It was a great cabin. No view of anything and kind of nasty around the area but a great place to stay.

The property was good and clean,nice and quite, just had a bad experience at one of the restaurants in the area, a lot of racism on in big pine keys,I'll never visit again its terrible that we are still dealing with this.
