Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Located right on the Plaza de Armas, which can be a bit noisy. Otherwise great stay after a long trip from the US.

Hotel room is nice and clean, convenient location. Hotel on second floor no elevator and the room we stayed the bathroom has big different steps

The hotel staff are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is full spread and delicious. They provide luggage storage. On request, they arranged our taxi to airport and prepared a to go breakfast when we had an early departure. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!
