Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it.
Phoned the hotel, no answer.
So we booked another hotel down the highway.
Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase

It was a very strange place. Seemed unfinished. Lovely staff.

Nice family run hotel immediately on the lake. A good distance from town so you would need a taxi to get anywhere. The owners are very personable and are great to sit and talk to in Spanish. They are wise and caring.

Living in a dilapitated building site

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: In the middle of nowhere...zero to do.
Shocking place, miles out of town in the middle of nowhere. No hot water..in the middle of a building site, and then get charged double for a meal because there is absolutely nowhere else to eat, so purposely just rip you off.

Lovely hotel next to lake Titicaca
Posted 11 Apr 2017Wonderful room with a breathtaking view of lake Titicaca. The staff go the extra mile to be helpful and are friendlier than in any other place. There's a working site behind the hotel, but didn't disturb our three days stay in any way. Yesterday we took a wonderful boat trip from the hotel to the amazing floating islands of Uros for only £30 for the whole family.
Would definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

Posted 11 Jan 2017 on HotelsThe Hotel is not like you see in the pictures, Was not so nice. The room is comfortable. The food in the Restaurant is not good enough, to make 3 chicken sandwiches they took one and a half hour. We were the only guests in the Restaurant.
The people from the Hotel was very nice and friendly, but this is not enough, the have to improve the installation, they have to invest to have really nices services.
The best, the people from the desk.

The toilet was broken. It was very noisy as they were doing construction
Hotels.com info misleading as it says "shuttle to airport" but it costs over $50. This is a lot more expensive than it would have been if we had just rented a cab ourselves.

The hotel location offers a great view of the lake. However the road access is very narrow and hard to find. The hotel entrance looks like any other property in the area.
The room was OK, but the bed frames are made from steel and can be squeaky.
