The property is very basic. One bed one shower. Careful Only dry toilets.

We spent one night just for the experience and it was not a good one. Having a bathroom with no water was not pleasant considering the room for $65 a night. Find something nicer for a third of the price.

We are very disappointed by these guests, because? The gentlemen arrived at the establishment without fulfilling the check-in and check-out, and we were able to be very flexible with them, also telling the gentlemen they did not pay for the stay, they did not pay for the services that we carry out, what's more, they left the establishment without saying anything, without paying, this happened when they had already planned with the transfer man, it had never happened to us like this, it is the first time this has happened to us, they also state that the rooms They have all the possible comforts, only they are trying to justify why we have tried to contact them to claim service payments, and they only told us by message that they left the money in the room, but when we went to check everything was a lie and we kept asking kindly for them to pay us for the services and they did not answer the messages we sent, and now they make a comment wanting to justify themselves The bad service is a total lie from these gentlemen, we don't know, maybe it was the scammers, be careful, but we no longer wanted to insist on what happened, the bad thing is that they disappeared from the establishment without saying anything, all this had happened at night, at The next day they were gone, and things also disappeared from the room until we thought they were bad people, I hope this comment has been clarified, my apologies for the case raised, thank you.

Reservation cancelled morning we were supposed to check in, reason bad weather which was liie as we were in town, we booked another place. Expedia rep was a-----e. Will never use Expedia again

Hotel never picked us up after we arranged to be picked up. Sent a very rude email after leaving a review. Would never book this hotel again or recommend it

Good morning, excuse me, this is really a lie, we were waiting at the KALAPAJRA port, when you communicated directly you wanted to confront me and threatened me that we are to blame and you did not agree to take the boat from that port, you decided to make your decisions out of your own pride, while we are waiting at the port, your attitude of bad behavior led you to decide badly and now you say that we never wait for you is a lie, unfortunately to report that all this is a lie, besides us waiting until 8:30pm, this is bad taste for us, thank you.

Underwhelming

People were beautiful but the experience was vastly different to what was expected or moreso what was advertised by Hotels.com. We ended up leaving that same day

What you see is not what you get

What you see and book is not what you get. Another couple that turned up got the rooms in the photos. Also our room had no shower and the toilet was lined with newspaper that you threw soil on. Rooms were also not secure. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel in Puno.

Great experience

The family was very welcoming. They are very keen of sharing their cultures and traditions but easier if you speak Spanish. Very interesting experience for us and breathtaking scenery.
