We had a terrible experience here as we were given a smoking room even though we were traveling with 2 children including a baby. It was only after a day that we realized the strong smoke odor. When we asked the front desk to be moved to a non-smoking floor, we had to wait till 2PM for that to happen. As we couldn't go back to our smoking room, we had to roam around the city for 3-4 hours.
Apart from that the room were clean and the food was good. I wish they had bigger dinning area as we had to wait for breakfast buffet.

Not worth
Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsThough the room was spacious facilities were not so good compared to Radisson blue Delhi airport. No accessibility of lighting system from bed was inconvenient. Very few staff to greet and help you during check in and checkout. Not worth money.
