More for back-packers than for business

Pros: The food in the Chinese restaurant is very good and the staff were attentive. Again, the restaurant feels bare and characterless.
Cons: It is not acceptable for a hotel not to be able to take foreign credit cards. The reception staff implied that was my problem not theirs.
Location: It is well located at least and a short ride from a range of places.
This hotel is very basic. The rooms are adequate, but somehow rather bare and characterless. They don't like somewhere you would want to spend any more time than necessary, but if you just want to go to sleep, they do the job. Breakfast is manageable but basic. It's the kind of place you would only stay in if everywhere else was full - which it was when I booked.

Nice hotel sandwiched in a noisy idiotic Mall

Pros: 1. Hot bathing water 2. Quality in-room food 3. Silence
Cons: 1. Behaviour of check in staff...this is so 19th century...no smiling, no treatment of guest as guest!
Entering the premises of the hotel entails at least 30 minutes of wait! What the hell does the Hotel guest have to do with the Mall?

A pleasant, well-run hotel with attentive service

V pleasant and responsive front desk. Which was a surprise considering the bad reviews. Gave me a nice large and quiet room when I didnt want to check into the one assigned for me, which was smelling of smoke. Food court and other restaurants in the mall on the lower floors a big bonus when I returned tired after a long day. Hotel seemed to maintain a high level of cleanliness, esp considering it is not a luxury hotel. Good value for money, attentive staff. Reception particularly attentive. Overall a most pleasant stay!

Pros: Ambience is Good and staff was good and well mannered.
Cons: Central AC and installation of Fan in the room Washbasin tap was choked. Wifi was very slow.
Location: rest was okay.
Central AC was not effective and there was no Fan in the room.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, good breakfast selection. Easy access to many dining options. The one downside to the hotel was the infrequent replacement of toilet paper rolls. It was irritating to have to call the front desk to ask for it.

Pros: Was clean
The hotel sits on top of a very very busy multiplex and loud music until 1 in the morning on the weekends. Also, I had a lot of problems getting my bill settled. I do not think the bill was correct (i.e. I was charged twice for some items).
