The hotel was extremely comfortable and breakfast menu vast and tasty. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable.
The bar service at the Sky lounge unfortunately was very slow, the snacks ordered was extremely slow to be brought to us. We ate what was served but were unable to wait for the whole order to arrive. We were not charged for the food and non alcoholic drinks we consumed which was appreciated.

I got a dengue fever 2 days before and requested for the refund on personal emergency which they refused. I don’t think this is worth staying back with them.

It takes a lot of patience to stay here. Front desk did bare minimum to help on several occasions and only sometimes with a smile. Room service & housekeeping seem very new or poorly trained. H/K only supply 2 bath towels when servicing and I had to request floor mat and hand towel every day which seemed very odd. Room is shabby in places but that is reflected in the price. The only shining exception to this less than ideal hotel is the serving staff in the Mosaic restaurant. They were consistently attentive and courteous. Sadly, not enough to make me want to stay here again if there is another choice in the same price range.
