Comfortable and home like. Anwar the front office manager is amazingly helpful, and the staff in the kitchen are great. They do have a new person in reception who is clearly uncomfortable with women. He would hardly ever speak to me, and only addressed my husband even when I was paying the bill. Needs better training

Posted 2 May 2015 on HotelsThe hotel stinks a lot. Management is very poor. They don't allow guests to meet you as if like you are staying in a hostel. As soon as you enter the room, you will start regretting it right then. They will also add all other non sense stuff in your bill which you have not done or ordered. Please don't fall for other good comments, its a trap

Spacious room in quiet street.

Pros: Food, view, area, staff and size of room were all highlights. There is also a rich bird-life in the trees outside the room and cool bats at night!
Cons: More cutlery and cups in rooms. These disappeared at the end of the stay and I couldn't make tea/coffee. Directions to Aga Khan palace would be nice.
Location: Aga Khan Palace is worth a walk and has lovely gardens. Also a stroll over the bridge to view the buzzards and weaver bird nests in the trees.
This hotel is in a nice part of town on the North side of the river within easy walking distance to useful shops and cafes as well as the Aga Khan Palace. Spacious rooms (with extensive views, in my case on level 6) with balcony, air-con and kitchen made for a comfortable stay. The in-room dining offers freshly cooked and excellent food. The reception staff are helpful and the room attendants are enthusiastic. The breakfast room on the top floor is modern and staff attentive, if at times forgetful (not unusual in India!). Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent establishment!

Pros: The decor was very modern ...
Location: Excellent location ... close to Shopping malls, eating places etc.
Our stay at AR Fontana was really good. The rooms were done up in a contemporary style and catered for all basics of a serviced apartment. The food was good too ! Definitely recommend this place - Great value for money !

Un hôtel pour petit séjour.
