This property was grossly misrepresented. It was 25 minutes from airport and not even close to the beach. As we drove up pass sickly looking goats on a muddy road, we arrived at the property. It was a $30 taxi ride. Then when I was shown the room, I told the attendant it was unacceptable, she said , well you’re stuck with it, I’m not refunding you. The room was the size of the double bed. It was supposed to have a kitchenette. It really was stark and looked like a prison cell from a bad movie. We left. Total taxi ride was $50. Total misrepresented online.

Hello,
I'm really surprised to see a comment from you. You didn't stay in our property as you considered we were "In the middle of nowhere". Before even checking the room you didn't want to stay for that reason. It's well indicated that we're not in Papeete Center but in Punaauia.
Furthermore, you booked a non-refundable rate with a 25% discount which explains that we charged the full amount of your reservatino accordingly to the cancellation policy you agreed when you booked the room.
I can understand that our property doesn't match your expactations but it's unfair to leave that kind of comment when you didn't even properly check the property. The room I showed you was well with kitchenette, you didn't even noticed....

Dommage que vous ne sachiez pas faire la différence entre le personnel de réception et une agence de voyage. Il me semble pourtant avoir pris le temps de faire des recherches et m être informée sur la situation actuelle et vos possibilites de retour !
Sans doute le pire traitement qu'un client peut recevoir dans un établissement hôtelier...
