"I appreciated the location the most. Having access to SM, which gave us plenty of options for lunch (son is a picky eater) We ordered room service for dinner, since we had full day tours. Options were very good. Breakfast was at Feria. With such a large selection, we always walked away with full bellies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Whatever we requested they came thru. We opted for airport pick up which made our arrival seemless. I had no worries/issues staying here. I definitely recommend this hotel."

I am here to tell you that this property is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in, HANDS DOWN! From the very moment you get there the experience is exquisite. No wonder it is a 5 star Resort. The staff are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please your every desire. The food is second to none from the daily breakfast buffet in "Saffron" to the open air restaurant Azure to the upscale dining in the Spanish Cuisine AKA to the Japanese restaurant Kalma. Everything I had was delicious and presented well. The rooms are spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the activities are fun, well thought out and exciting right down to the fireworks display on Saturday night. It was my birthday the night I got there with my girlfriend and I was treated like a celebrity. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Absolute perfection. "
