"Seems safer than some other hotel apartments.. "

"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us."

"2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). "We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very nice, clean to the extent of being immaculate, high quality fittings throughout, washing machine, cooking facilities. The apartment complex is amazing, super gym, upper level enclosed walking area and a large pool. Well situated for access to local attractions and shops, including a a supermarket in the mall below. Great place to stay! "

"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"It is a nice place for staying with kids to enjoy the theme parks. Very kid friendly and nicely decorated rooms. Could do a bit with renovating the bathrooms and maybe a night light in kids room/section. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Thank you. "
