The location was really great, easy to walk around to shopping and dining. Parking was not so great. Really hard to find anything and when we did, we did not find out until the morning after but had to pay 60 Euro for overnight parking. The appartment was a great size but could use a little update. The "shower" and washer as well. Pula was just felt a little tired.

Posted 16 Jul 2023 on HotelsLocation is incredible. The property manager, Sandi, was a huge help and even assisted us when our flight out of Pula was canceled. Washing machine was a plus.

The apartment was in horrible condition nothing match, very uncomfortable bearing, multiple broken or nonworking things, no elevator to get to the third-floor

Dear Michael,thank you for your feedback. We are sorry not to satisfy your expectations. We try our best to make a pleasant stay for all our guests. We would appreciate it if you would inform us during your stay about your dissatisfaction, so we could be able to do anything. Our apartment description is exactly matching to everything that we offer because we don't want to deceive our guests and ruin their holidays. Unfortunately, because the city center of Pula is an old Roman town, so it's also protected not to be tempered. That's why no building in that area has an elevator available, even if they have space for it. As our profile states, the apartment is on the 2nd floor without mentioning the elevator.

great location, very clean and equipped. Air condition in master bedroom worked one day and could be resurrected. Street noise was very loud.
