Close to the beach

Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there.

The hotel was cloae to everything. They do a good job of keeping everything very clean. It was a good deal and nice to have the pool to relax by.

Great place to stay and relax. Everything was close by and walkable. Clean room and great breakfast.

Great stay but a hiccup

Great stay and friendly staff however I did have one hiccup. I got the correct charge on my credit card for three nights, but also have an extra $60 charge that I don’t.understand where it came from. Tried contacting them via email and have not heard back.

Very comfortable hotel with wonderful beach view

This is a very nice hotel which is conveniently located to restaurants and shops as while as the beach. The air conditioning was a plus for very hot days, but the windows and beach views were wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Receptionist, Elizabeth, was amazing. They offered cool towels & juice upon arrival. Room was very clean, quiet, good a/c. Free breakfast included everyday, they even packed a to-go breakfast on our last day as we left before breakfast started. Good location within walking distance to everything.

Goods and bads

Wonderful, warm welcome by Sofia, who gave us good tips and helped with some special requests. Less impressed by the boy at reception the day after, who scolded us for using their cold towels to freshen up. Room well appointed but noisy from the cooling units outside our window. Overall was expecting more for the price paid (90$)
