Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is older, but very clean. Cant beat the location!

It's very close to the Malecón and dining areas are all local and abundant. The small inconvenience was that we can hear the stores opening and closing their gates below us.

Theb only inconvenient was not enough towell for the pool .

Jesus at check in not very polite and took a long time talking, but the rest of the staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is fine at a great location.

We really like the location and the accommodation of the hotel itself. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Would go back and recommend this hotel.

The staff at the property were very quick to respond to requests and were friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea and bread in the mornings was a very special and appreciated touch. Location is walking distance to Los Mortos Beach, Zona Romantica and endless dining options.
