Great pool and easy access to the beach, great food at the restaurant and excellent service from the staff!

This is first and foremost a beach club. The rooms are directly in front of the pool. They start playing music at 9am so forget about sleeping in. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and pretty much ignored me. The only good thing is its location - it's on Playa los Muertos in Zona Romantica. Definitely not coming back here.

This was our first time here and it was fabulous! I had no idea that it was a tiny place with only a few rooms. That made us feel lucky and special! Great location with easy walking distance to everything. It's awesome having the restaurant/bar a few feet from your hotel room door! And the beach is literally right there! Chairs with umbrellas were always available. The best part was hearing the booming waves every night! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This location is perfect! Next to the pool and right by the ocean! Staff was wonderful! I will definitely stay there next time I come to PV! I love it!

Sapphire is our favorite gem.
Posted 3 Nov 2023 on HotelsI absolutely love Suites at Sapphire Ocean club. We'd walked past it for years, but never considered staying there, as we weren't aware of what it was. But once we discovered it (only four rooms total, which which can be booked on various sites), Sapphire is definitely on the top of our list when available.
