I have nothing negative to say about this place. Friendly staff, fantastic food, great food options, and tasty beverages. Ill probably stay here again if/ when i travel to Puerto Vallarta again. 😎

The low rating for this property is only because of the friday and saturday night parties that go on past midnight, pulsating loud music. Even my friends on the highest floor were unable to sleep.
The property itself is very nice, the beach is not the best.

The room was nice. Room had a not too firm not too soft bed and the pools and gym were good.

Good location for where we wanted to go, all staff were very pleasant.
Had a rocky start where the room hadnt been cleaned and our door lock broke. They quickly organised a new room which was appreciated.
Amenities were nice, plenty of pool space. Some strict rules on not holding onto to pool lounges if not using which is great and should be enforced elsewhere too
