I chose to stay in this hotel due to its amenities & proximity to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay here but I am disappointed with the billing since I am charged $40 for a “missing” blow dryer which was not there in the first place. This is the first time that this has ever happened in all our years of international travel. I felt & still feel taken advantaged of. This incident accuses my family & I of stealing which is heartbreaking because we have never done that as the hotel personnel implied. I will not recommend this facility because of this experience alone.

Please note that this was based on the inventory our staff conducted before you checked into the unit (two hair dryers, one in each bathroom, as it is our standard), and when we made the checkout inventory inspection, there was only one hair dryer.Thank you for understanding,

The place was excellent, check in was a breeze, amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great property. Great location. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. AC IN HOTEL WERE ICE COLD AND I couldn’t be happier with that heat. Thanks

We have stayed here several times but since our last stay, 2 hotels were built right in front of our property blocking more than half our view. We paid premium dollar for OCEAN FRONT but this was more ocean edge or corner.
The counter also had tiny ants that weren’t noticeable until you left something white on the dark brown counter, then you could see tons of them. Parking was an issue because someone was always in the spot that corresponds to our unit. When we parked in another vacant spot we were told we could not park there. I explained if you can’t provide me a specific spot I’m going to park wherever is convenient.
The first day they came to clean the room. We said we were leaving and asked if they could come back in an hour. They never returned. The following day we left in the morning, and came back at midnight to find our room had not been cleaned that day either. We speak fluent Spanish, so there was no misunderstanding, but they said somehow they were under the impression we would call when we wanted our room clean. It was a VERY frustrating experience. We won’t stay here again.
