First time stay and from start to end iy was a lovely experience. Wxcellent price point for the location and qaulity. I slept like a rock.

This is a really cool place. It's an older property that has had a massive renovation and overhaul. The imagination that went into the renovation is only equaled by the quality of construction. All in all it is a beautiful place.
It is right at the end of the Malecon and we thought the rooms might be noisy, but they have good soundproofing and you don't hear much from the street.
Super convenient location with 100s of stores and dining option in walking distance. It is also a block to the beach and has 2 oxxo stores within a block.
If I could add anything to this hotel, a small pool on the 2nd floor deck would have been nice, but que serra, I won't let that stop me from coming back, it's a great place.

Very friendly staff, the walls and floors are very thin so you can hear pretty much everything from the next room over. Has a convenient vending machine for late night snacks.

They took forever to check us out making us late to our flight they asked for a 500 peso cash deposit .and when we chocked out they charged us 200 pesos for leaving one of the towels dirty . Had a little sand from the beach

The WiFi didn’t work for the last 3 days we were there. Went to the front desk multiple times and they were no help.

Lots of parking options near hotel or use the free parking but it’s not always available. Hotel is a perfect location to sooo many places.
