Muy mal servicio, los cuartos y bańos tirandose el agua, no traen toallas suficientes, te atienden de mala gana

We really enjoy our stay . We did visit between Nov 7-11. Great location. Walking distance to the marina where from boat excursions were departing was a nice bonus as we booked some. Nice beach. The water temperature in the ocean was amazing. We were sleeping so well there :) Forgot to check the tag on their pillows as those were super comfortable. Very helpful and kind staff . Would go back again.

This property is always welcoming. The views are great. Accommodation is always very nice. The staff is beyond helpful.

The hotel grounds are under renovation, a lot of noise & construction vehicles on sight which took away from a relaxing vacation vibe. The rooms are filthy, I mean horrible, thick dust everywhere, on pictures, tv under the fridge & lots of dust bunnies on the ceiling & fan. The drapes have probably not been cleaned in years. Room safe did not work, batteries were dead, balcony doors didn’t lock & balcony light was burned out. Upside was the bed was very comfortable, towels & sheets were clean. The staff are extremely polite & accommodating & tried very hard to compensate for the aging, declining property. We cleaned up our room ourselves & stayed a week & enjoyed the fantastic view of the ocean & sunsets. The pools, deck & loungers are okay. We did not dine on site, lots of restaurants nearby & a bus stop right outside the lobby. The price was right but I would not stay again here.

Almost everything was perfect. Concern that you could hear EVERYTHING through the doors and walls from our room. There was also a red mark on one of our pillows (looked like a drop of blood???? Evening else was good.

There was a local food very near like a 15 minute walk, also there was a mall area 5 minute walk.
