The staff is very friendly. The food and drinks are delicious and not over priced. Beautiful ocean views. Right on the beach. Very clean. Walking distance to everything

Great location right on the beach. Room could use some upgrading, especially the kitchen and bathroom in the junior suite where we stayed.

Always a nice spot to stay but you are likely not going to get your correct room at least the first night and will have to switch rooms the next day.
Staff is amazing!

Liked everything about the room. The only issue was the speed of checking into the hotel.

Nice room but old uncomfortable mattress. No coffee maker, No ice machine, you have to go to the bar and ask for ice which at times is a little unnerving and very small portion. Great AC in our room. All staff very friendly and helpful except front desk bald guy, kind of rude

The hotel is well located in the heart of the Romantic Zone.
The property seems to be old, but this is the first time I come to Puerto Vallarta so I don’t know if all properties in this area of the city will be like this.
One of the things difficult to get used to for me was the fact you don’t have a coffee maker on the room and there is not drinking water accessible so you have to buy here everything you eat and drink.
The personal at the hotel was really nice, the beach was clean and I had a killer view from my room so aside from getting used to the way the runs it activities, my stay was great.
