No elevator. Very small room. Noisy. Dirty bathroom, long black hairs all over the bathroom. Charged $450 pesos per night, per dog!! And a $500 damage deposit!! Outrageous price!! For nothing!!! That is NOT pet friendly! Or wallet friendly!!

Great customer service and location. Saw a roach in the bathroom but things like that happen in old cities like this one.

Affordable hotel near the malecón. Loved how walkable everything is to the pharmacy and OXXO etcétera. Front staff is friendly. The room was just as described and had space to put my stuff down. Would stay there again.

There’s a sewer smell all the time. No free parking near the hotel.

The main perk of this hotel is that is close to the malecón and the city center. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was small and the AC made a bit of noise but overall for the price it was good.
