Not very friendly upon our arrival. No one wanted to answer our questions which were simple.

Facility was not being cleaned in hallways. A wrapper we saw in the stairway was there for over 6 days.
Staff was excellent for hospitality and in resturants but very aged and dated

Wehad a nive family vacation with our 18 month old. Nice pools and activities. Accommodations were average. Older resort, rooms are run down with very noisy AC unit. Had to turn it off to sleep. Food was average. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very busy with mostly local families. All activities and announcements were in Spanish. No big deal, we still had a good time.

Staff are great, facilities are very aged.
AC didn’t work in our room. Moved to another room with “working AC” it was maybe 1-2 degrees cooler.
AC was set for 19, room got to 24 at its coolest.
Shower door wouldn’t close.
Toilet wouldn’t flush properly.
Multiple burnt out lights.
The smell around the pool would take your breath away.
Food was a huge disappointment compared to a few years ago.
A 1.5 hour wait for a buffet breakfast is unacceptable, especially for what is was.

It is a smaller older, clean hotel. Rate it as two to three star. Food ok. Staff is great, very friendly always helpful. Neto and the entertainment staff are great dancers.

Amazing staff! Staff is super sweet, polite and always willing to help without asking. Property is kept clean and very family friendly.
